I found a flyer at my university, I sent my resume to the email on the flyer. About a month later I received a call by an Area Construction Manager. Fairly easy questions, I told them I was interested in an internship as I was new to the field. 3 weeks later I got an interview with the President of Construction, told him the same thing. He was willing to give me a chance.

Was good with good details of the company and position. They seem to layer there process to find the quality type of person they're looking for. The two gentlemen that I interview with were and seemed good guys.
