First Alliances interview questions

Kind of 4 rounds: CV application, phone interview, interview and panel interview. Each round takes about 2 or 3 days. In the last round you will be interviewed by leader of the department you applied and even general manager.

First round, not really good Interviewer (Female). Both of them (#2) really Seriously, Judging, Biased, Limited-minded and Overconfident them-self to listening and give a nice question. All of them is too much formal to speak, such as they want creat a space for each other
