The interview was fast and awkward. I was asked questions that were not relevant and about the schedule, uniform, etc.you go over some rules and regulations .sign some documents and after the interview,you go to a laboratory located by the hospital to drug test.

Interview
Basic questions, hours available and a drug screen. They give you a series of online tests to get you the 50 hour guard card, if you don't already have it. The company isn't bad is probably good. I am at a location with a tyrant for a supervisor and the management doesn't want to see to do anything about it. That is the real problem. The job site is fine, it's just the supervisors. If you're thinking that someone fell asleep on the wheel and didn't really pay attention, that's what it is. It would just be better to let this person go and do without. Employee morale is a problem because of this person, KH
