Fairly straightforward process. First is a screening with recruiter that takes about 15 minutes and then the next interview is with the branch manager over a zoom call where you'll dive deeper into the job role and discuss your experience and they'll share more about their branch operations

Had a phone screen with a recruiter first, and then a few weeks later, a phone interview with the hiring manager and an outside consultant. That was the interview process.
Was slow to get started but once the first interview concluded it moved pretty quickly to the next step. Met with HR Recruiter, then hiring manager, then hiring manager’s superior, then the CEO.
