First they’ll have you do a phone interview that lasts about 15 minutes. They just ask you to tell them about yourself, why did you leave your previous job, and why do you want to work for them. Then they’ll ask if you have any questions, and set you up for a video call interview with the manager of the department you’re applying for. I haven’t done the actual video interview yet so I’ll do another post once I do.
