The interview process was quick and comfortable, but a bit jumbled.
I was contacted within two weeks of submitting an application for a phone interview. During the interview, I was asked why I didn't apply for another position that was apparently open and told they'd like to consider me for that one.
I went through another phone interview with the owner for the second position. I was then contacted by the first interviewer and told that actually they'd like to consider me for the initial position after all. I had another video interview with several other employees in which they described the company, their work, and the role for which I was being considered.
The questions asked of me were basic informational questions about my experience and process, as well as a number of questions about why I was interested in working for this company and specifically working remotely.
