Interviewed more than once with the GM in January. Was assured I would be hired by the GM after two sit downs. That was a bust due to finances. I was then interviewed again by someone else in April ... which consisted of a conversation about my availability (unable to work certain days due to my obligation to my Elderly sick Parents- which I explained) and hours that would be worked. I was told I'd meet with the GM and then go from there. I met the GM and he reiterates and clarified schedule and availability; This was Tuesday , on Thursday I received another call and was then confirmed for the vacant role . I was told I would receive an on-boarding packet and need to fill them out. I receive a call Saturday morning asking me to work that day, any other day I would jump for the chance... but I was not in the city that day. Sunday afternoon the next day I received yet another call from them , explaining they are short staffed and wondered if I could come in today. I explained i was still out of the city and wouldn't be back until tomorrow. No heads up no fore warning about them being understaffed. You didn't want to higher 4 months ago... yet today your rushing me to work.

Question 1
About my availability and if I can work the hours needed.
Easy process, only takes about a week to get a response. It helps to know the weights being sold (ex. the difference between an 1/8ht and a 1/4er) and about a few products. Person interviewing is very nice.
