Finys Web Developer interview questions

First contacted by a recruiter 1 day after Appling for the position. There was an initial phone screening with the normal questions. The next interview was more technical with a few of the developers from the company. Finally I was given a chance to present a project that I had been working on. The overall process was friendly and professional. I was offered a position and I accepted the offer the next day. Note, the entire process was done via Go to meeting and over the phone as I was not in the local area.
