Fintoo Python Developer interview questions

First round - HR Technical round 1 Technical round 2 Meeting with CTO Multiple calls from HR where she wanted to discuss salary/ notice period/ how they can negotiate etc etc HR of this company is so unprofessional she didnot even bother to call me to update on my status for 2-3 weeks. I was interviewed in the month of August and was confirmed on my selection in the company. When I received no update from last 2-3 weeks, I called her up to ask on the status of the offer letter she was going to provide. She denied it saying that we don't have budget. Can you tell me HR, did you not know your budget while you agreed on the salary I expected?????? She is so unprofessional that she asked for my salary slips without even providing an offer letter. It took them 3 long months to tell me they won't be able to hire me now. Poor poor management. Never join or expect to get offer even if you clear all their interview levels in this company. Trust me if they have such bad management even before a person joins the company, I can imagine how they must be treating their employees.

The interview went smooth. First round was technical round which I think I cracked really well. There was no reason I could see that I won't be selected. The interviewer was supposed to get back to me after a few days. The same day I saw their update on a portal where they mentioned their budget. My question is if you don't have the budget then why call an employee for an interview. The HR purposely ignored my call the entire day. When I used another number to call her, she picked up and said that I have not been selected. It's okay to not select an employee, but I guess the HR needs to do their work correctly and stop wasting people's time.
