Fintel Connect interview questions

Applied in Feb they contacted me 3 months later in May. The recruiter was very sassy. initial interview was over the phone. who starts an interview with "Tell me what you know about us" without debriefing on the position and role first. You are a recruiter it is your responsibility to first introduce your company and the position before hammering in expecting candidates to do a full download on your company.

General questions about what you know about the company, design principles and your background/experience. Be sure to do your research into the company and be ready to think on the spot.
