Finserve interview questions

Standard first interview with HR. Took weeks to hear back from them to organize a second interview with the Country IT Director. That interview was administered in English - very technical and detailed. Another month and a half passed before HR sent a random Teams meeting ivite with no details. I had to ask who I was meeting with and more info on the interview process. HR confirmed it was the final interview with the country manager and did not offer any dates, rather dictated that date. The date of the final interview the country manager ONLY asked to tell him where I had studied, to discuss the jobs I had held and to provide some info on the family situation (In Colombia this personl part is legal to ask). After I summarized my background, he stated that everything he needed to know was that... offered to answer some questions which I posed and he seemed in a hurry to end the interview and did not inquire about anything in my resume, or technical experience. Had I not asked a2 questions this interview would have finished in roughly 6 minutes. He was short in conversation, and questions or lacked the skills to establish rapport at the beginning of the interview. It was a very disappointing experience.
