It was a virtual 2-stage with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. Like most organisations, the recruiter was very professional and guided through the steps of the interview. The hiring manager was a turn-off, I lost interest in the role after he made an impression that he was tired and in a rush before commencing the interview. I've been on that side before- interviewing candidates and I think it was a red flag that he could not organise himself to meet every candidate he had chosen to interview. If I would be working with someone, I would like to know their personality, experience, strengths, and skills not just to "fulfill all righteousness". Overall I wasn't greatly disappointed because this is common with most small organisations that just needed to go through interviews without a well-structured hiring process.
