Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, I’m sorry your interview experience turned you off wanting to work at Finder - that’s the last thing we want!
I’ve sat in on many interviews with our Head of Talent and this does not sound like our usual interview process. We welcome our candidates, offer them a drink, show them a little bit of the Finder office, explain a bit about Finder and then dive into the Q&A. At the end of the interview our Head of Talent will ask candidates if they have any further questions.
Our interviewers will usually have their laptops open during interviews to make sure they cover off everything on a candidate’s CV/Linkedin profile and take notes. We also like to dig a little deeper into a candidate’s passions and interests including study. We give a salary bracket as a pay indicator, and of course are open to discussing this as we progress through the hiring process.
