The process consists of two rounds. In the first round, which is conducted by the Project Manager, I was asked a series of technical questions related to my expertise and experience. This round focused on assessing my technical skills, knowledge, and ability to handle specific challenges in the field. In the second round, which is led by the Managers, the main focus was on discussing my availability to start the role and my flexibility regarding work schedules. This round was designed to ensure that my availability aligned with the company's needs and project timelines.
