I was reffered by some recruiter, the process took around 7-10 days, i was told to give ccat test which was relatively easy after practising. I practised time management for the test, second was personality test, then came the technical interview 1 where a panel was there interview took around 1 HR. Interview question were tough based on core java, advanced java and spring boot microservices. Then a managerial round was there where i was asked about my roles and responsibilities in current role, my ambitions and life goales then some tricky technical questions and salary expectations. I answered every question technical, behavioural and other types with high honesty and i guess it worked for me.
