I interviewed at Financial Resources Federal Credit Union
Interview
I spoke with their CFO. It lasted 9 whole minutes.... I misheard one of her questions and my answer was a bit detailed. She very abruptly cut me off, and said "well it's a long day and I have other candidates to interview, so thanks anyways".... She was extremely rude, what a joke and a waste of my time. Did not expect that level of unprofessionalism from their CFO.... Super unimpressed.

Received a call the same day after the I the interview stating things went well and that the managers liked me & wanted to move forward with a third in person interview. Interview
Received a phone call from HR.The job was described and she made sure the salary I was looking for met what they would pay. We set up the interview. In the mean time she emailed me their application to fill out and bring with me. When I got there I met her, she took me to the manager of the department who did my interview. She took the application and that was the last I saw of her.
It is a bank and they will do a credit check. I don't have the best credit. I was 18 and stupid and was handed every credit card I applied for, so I'm in debt. They expected me to pull my credit report and explain each and every creditor, why I owe them money, and what I'm doing to fix it. I get it, it's a bank, but my working career and my credit history are not linked. I did not follow through after that request. I was applying for a job, not a mortgage.
