The application process starts online, by submitting a resume and cover letter. The employer filters through these and chooses the top candidates for an interview, and notifies them through email. The actual interview takes place on-site, where you are taken to a room and sit at a desk with three interviewers, each from the unit you are interviewing for. There is a binder in front of you, with the questions they will be asking you. You flip through one by one and they ask you the questions. The process isn't too nerve-wracking and they want you to feel comfortable and let you take your time in answering the questions.
