I applied for this position on their website and was contacted via email about a week later to schedule a phone screen. I spoke with the HR rep a few days later and she asked me to explain my current role, how my experiences tie into the responsibilities of this role, and why I was looking to leave my current position, and then finally asked what kind of software I have used before and am currently using at my present job. She told me that they were really looking for someone with advanced excel skills and that experience with some more complex excel features are "must-haves" to land this position. She said that she would pass my information along to the hiring manager to see what they wanted to do and, the next day, I received an email saying that they were going to pursue other candidates.

Incredibly positive experience! Two rounds meeting with 4 people each. They recently went through a re-org so there was a little bit of confusion as to who I'd be reporting into. During the first round I was given a case study that involved answering mathematical/analytical questions and giving insights based on my findings. What I am most impressed with is how organized everyone was! Every single person came prepared with my resumé and asked very educated questions. A far cry from previous interviews I had been on! I asked some very pointed questions concerning their IPO and past over-hiring practices and they answered very candidly and honestly, which I was impressed by. The only reason I did not accept the job was because I received another offer for more money (not a comparable position), but I would certainly refer any of my friends here! Everyone is super friendly and smart. Great company!
