I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Figma in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a phone screen, HM call, and then panel round. There is a final C suite round if you are the top candidate(s). They give you an overview of the process in a pdf file. The recruiter walks you through each stage as you move forward. When you progress to the next stage they align with you so expectations are clear. Overall, very transparent process and positive experience. There were no 'gotcha' type questions some other companies will give you. Everyone was very honest and collaborative throughout the interview experience. Figma seems to be a great place to work and is growing so apply if you see a role that's a good fit for your experience.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Figma (San Francisco, CA)
