Applied in late September. Got a phone call in about 2 weeks. Didn’t get a phone call on the first day of the phone interview, then HR rep rescheduled and called on next interview day. HR rep is not an IT, so don’t use lot of tech jargons. Also, she’ll be typing your replies, speak accordingly. Mostly asked personal questions, and couple of work scenarios. Tell me about when you worked with difficult people, when you experience big change and how you handled it, when you had big obstacle and how did you resolve it. On call interview went well, on site interview was scheduled on the same call. On site interview happened in November 2019. There were 30 candidates invited to onsite interview. First part was small introduction, then 2 rounds of 30 mins interview happened. All the questions were behavioral and non-technical. After there was another 30 min discussion with all the candidates, then we went to restaurant. We were told that we’ll get phone calls with offers next week.
Got a phone missed call next week on Friday at 6 pm from recruiter. VM said to call back with interview feedback and update. I though that I didn’t get the offer since call was so late and she probably didn’t plan to talk to me long. Recruiter called back on Monday and I got the job offer. However, employment start time was in June 2020. Until the start time you’ll have to get 2 drug tests, and you have 48 to take them. Because of the COVID, second drug test didn’t have 48-hour limit.
Overall pleasant process, comparing with other banks. Recruiter was always available to answer my questions and usually replied within 24 hours.
