Interview
Scheduling was easy and met with Bob who is a very nice guy! He explained more of what the role would entail and it was really easy overall. Really enjoyed getting to know the other colleagues as well and discussed what a career path there would look like
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
