Too easy because I had a good pipeline. In hind sight they were only after a book of business. Changed the rules found behind the scenes a very skeaky and edgy. Organization that oonly cares about thier bottom line at youe expense.

It was a very comfortable interview. The interviewer made you feel comfortable right from the start and spoke about the company and their expectations for the job. This is a sales position with a minimum salary guarantee.

Reviewed my resume and asked standard questions (focused on my lack of experience). The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. This 50 word minimum seems a little ridiculous when the interview process was easy.
