First, there was a phone interview led by the recruiter who asked questions related to the field (OOP, programming languages, etc.). The recruiter tries to get you in an interview that matches your skills and will give you some tips for the interview. The interview is then scheduled, as a Zoom call. During the interview, there is a "soft skills" portion, where they ask you questions related to your accomplishments or skills. Then, there is a technical portion, where they give you a scenario and you have to go through roughly all the steps you would theoretically take to execute it.
