I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Took about 3 weeks. 30min phone screen, two 45min interviews (behavioral and technical) at Fidelity in Westlake, Texas. The behavioral interviewer seemed to be more on the technical side, and the technical interviewer was more on the behavioral side, but both were overall pretty easy. I got offered the job exactly a week after the interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Lots of "How would you handle ambiguity" and "Describe a moment where you failed/ worked with a difficult person" type questions. Although as harsh as it sounds, it really boils down to the interviewer liking you and not having someone else in mind. It is very difficult to get hired on full time if you're not a young white man so the company is not super diverse despite recent gains.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview experience was a great learning experience. First company of which I cleared aptitude and went to technical interview. The interviewer was very friendly and always kept me at ease. Just keep calm and answer to your best. Don't just say "I don't know" to stuff you don't know. They check how you react when things you didn't expect come up.
