A consultant called them and they scheduled the interview with Fidelity. Veritude is the branch within Fidelity that handles all the recruitment. 2 rounds of interview, and both of them were fairly easy.

The interview process had two rounds. The first round was virtual and mainly focused on my background, project experience, and basic technical questions. The second round was onsite and included more detailed technical discussion and problem-solving questions. Overall, the process was clear and well organized.

They asked about my self-introduction, the tech stack used in my recent project, how I debug production issues, what is included in a CI/CD pipeline, whether I had WebFlux experience, the disadvantages of WebFlux, how I set up monitoring, and my experience with Java multithreading.
