I was called for a phone screen by the Executive Director. A few days later, I was invited for an interview. During my scheduled interview 2 weeks later, I had 6 one-on-one interviews and one panel interview. The interview lasted 4 hours, and I was contacted by HR less than a week later.

First phone screen with HR rep was fine and positive. The next phase was suppose to be a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager. On the first try, the meeting was cancelled 1hr before the Zoom meeting and was rescheduled 2 weeks later. On the second try, the meeting was cancelled and no reason was given. The HR rep did not send any follow up email or call. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.
