El proceso está bastante cuidado, te explican con mucho detalle tema condiciones y responsabilidades. Es un poco difícil, primera entrevista con algo de inglés y luego unas pruebas de razonamiento abstracto, numérico y verbal en inglés a nivel alto. Que no quiero decir que esté mal, pero el nivel es alto. En todo momento te van informando del proceso y de sus decisiones.

1st interview with TA. 20/30 minutes of interview where the recruiter doesnt have any interest in me... Seems most likely to hire for sudden necessity. After the presentation of the company and the position, i had to ask if she wants to hear about me and my experience. But while i was talking she didnt listen at all and was replying to email or other tasks. We closed the call very quickly and the only questions from her were just availabitly of starting and location
