Recruiter was old school asking questions from a 1984 interview book. Had to spend most of the time explaining what I have done because she was not familiar with any of the terms I was using even though a hiring manager would have known. This is an example of how Human Resources blows it for companies because I was a perfect fit for the job but I am not even sure she understood what the job was she was conducting the interview for.
Ferrara needs some new blood in HR if they want to expand company. She was very concerned with reason for leaving each job and to explain how long I was off of in between jobs and what I did during my time off. Who cares? It's 2020, millennials leave jobs after 3 years, get over it.
