I applied through my university website, within 20 minutes of sending the application, I received an email that looked like the following:
"Plz call"
That was it, not a very professional format which was worry-some to me. We talked for about 30 minutes, and he basically offered me the job, even though I was still pretty unclear on what my responsibilities would be as an offsite intern.
