Ferguson Window Company interview questions

I was called and scheduled an interview for the next day. I went to their main Cincinnati office and met a sales associate. We did not so much as have an interview as I listened to the associate describe the company, how the position operates (selective door to door sales), and how great the 'growth opportunity' was. While the process was easy, and I was essentially offered on the spot, I will decline due to the position not matching with my interests or availability.
