It was a 3 step interview process. A video recording, a call, and a in person 2 day event. The 2 day event was a group interview with the first day what Ferguson is a and the different Busiess groups they have. The 2nd day was the 3 15 minute interviews with uppers in the Reigons you were interested in moving too.

After the phone interviews, there was virtual interviews with multiple managers. All of the managers were great, and the interviews were no problem. I received an offer after about 6 weeks.
