Difficult interview
Application
I applied through university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Federated Insurance in Feb 2020
Interview
It was a lengthy process. I completed several interviews which consisted of Job shadowing, interviews with direct supervisor, manager and even VP of claims. They had me take a test to determine my career personality

Question 1

The interview process was pretty extensive. Although I felt it was two-sided meaning they wanted to see if the company was a good place for me instead of just me being a good fit from them.
