Interview
Lengthy- mostly due to the recruiter and the hiring manager playing phone tag and conflicting schedules.
There was a screening process upfront which included both a questionnaire and submission of a technical writing sample.

Takes forever to get a notice you have moved forward for an interview. They will either do a phone interview if you live a significant distance away or you can come in for a face to face.

The questions are very basic. You will need to teach on an assigned topic to the interview team. Depending on the position you will have to demonstrate proficiency.

Interview
Initially submitted online, resultant phone interview with mixed SME panel was fair, comprehensive, and reflective of the position description. They did not make you wait too long for an answer. I was informed within 3 weeks of selection, typical of government process.
