Peer interview followed by supervisory interview. Zoom based interviews. Mostly asked about experience and desire to work at FERC. Friendly atmosphere. Lasted for approximately one hour in each interview session

They reached out via email. The team I interviewed with was cold, and not appealing. They kept calling me a different name (my name is super easy and common, and even if it wasn't, why would I want to join this team if they couldn't even bother to learn my name).
