Wonderful interview process
Initially they took online centre based test
later they took GD
After GD, they collect the documents on their dedicated hiring portal with consent.
Finally they took a panel interview in which they asked general questions with banking background and asked about previous work experience.

About my previous experience in past company and workflow.
Interview sticked to banking and academic related questions. There were questions related to quarterly results of the bank as well as various new strategies adopted by the bank. Lots of emphasis on communication and way of answering the questions.

Interview
I applied online via their career portal. There were three rounds of the interview. The first round was a bank awareness plus aptitude test, followed by an online group discussion round, and the final round was a face-to-face interview. The hiring was for PAN INDIA.
