FedNat interview questions

Typical interview process. Straight forward. However, they don’t disclose the schedule you’ll be working until after an offer is accepted. For example, I gave my two weeks notice and they called me back to ask me if I was okay working 11-7pm which was the only schedule they have available. I had to accept as I had already quit my other position

3 people on zoom throwing questions on you. I ended up not get selected for the job but it was an ok experience. I wish that the interview process could be a bit less intimidating and the pay was below industry average.
