I applied online and about a week and a half to two weeks later I was contacted by an HR representative for a phone interview to discuss my qualifications and interest in the position. After the initial phone interview, I was contacted again by the HR representative a few days later to schedule a 1:1 in-person interview with the manager. The office was located inside a FedEx Office store, but I was told that in the position there would be little to no interaction with the store employees. The manager I spoke with and the employees seemed friendly, and the store that the office was located in looked clean although it seemed very busy. A few days later I was e-mailed notification by the HR representative that they were pursuing the other candidate(s).
