Disrespectful Interview Process – Ghosted After Final Round I went through multiple interview rounds with Faye, investing significant time and effort to prepare. After reaching the final interview the interviewer never showed, communication abruptly stopped without any explanation. Follow-ups were ignored, and I never received a response or closure. While I understand that hiring decisions can change, a basic level of professionalism—such as a courtesy rejection email—should be standard. This experience left a negative impression, and I would caution others about their hiring process. If this is how they treat candidates, I’d be concerned about how they treat employees. Would not recommend engaging with this company unless they improve their recruitment practices.
