The interview was set to be on the telephone and went smoothly. Spoke with the Organizational Development Director having an hour long interview. We ended up talking about life after the actual interview ended.

Interview
First, I did a phone interview. then, two in-person interviews. First one with HR and hiring manager. Second interview with hiring manager's manager. The time between the phone interview and the job offer was approximately 4 weeks.
