Simple. I came in for the interview, got asked the questions and got hired on the spot. Had to submit a few other things along the way. There was two people in the room during the interview and they both asked questions while taking notes. There was basic knowledge questions and a few scenario questions. They help you along the way with the question if they as if your qualified.
