Phone interview first then first and second interview.
Very thorough, knew my CV inside out, relaxed (held in coffee shop!)

Interview
I was approached for a job. They set up a day to interview me. I went in and it took place in the shop. Interview was probably 10-15 mins max. Very informal. My personal experience on working with watches was what got me the interview in the first place so they already had an idea of what i can do. You have to contact them constantly to get them to consider you.
