I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Tucson, AZ) in May 2014
Interview
The interview process with Fast was very straightforward. I felt they were mostly checking for good critical thinking abilities, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel, in that order.
As part of the interview I took a written test with questions/puzzles typical of standardized testing in logic and problem solving. I then had an in-person interview where they asked about myself and how I approach problems.
