I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Farrow & Ball in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview itself was super easy and the hiring manager was literally going to hire me after a Zoom call that lasted maybe 30 mins. I got an email saying they were going to hire me but then the day I was supposed to get my hiring they didn't because of a hiring freeze because of closing again because of COVID. Kind of a bummer but not sure the company vibe would have fit anyway...seemed a little sales oriented (in not a good way).
I applied online. I interviewed at Farrow & Ball (Chicago) in May 2019
Interview
She emailed me telling me I would be a good fit and offered an interview 4 weeks later! In the meantime, I took a PT (temporary job) job told her I would have pick another time for the interview as I was working. Not only did she not respond to me (2 phone calls and an email later) but she responded to me after the fact on Fri night. She interviewed on Fri between 1-3. ...ONLY. If I would have known that, I would have made others arrangements and scheduled an interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Farrow & Ball
Interview
The interview process was pretty intense. I went for the first interview with the Manager and was asked about my experience and told the duties of the role. I was then asked to return for a second interview with the District Manager. The District Manager asked questions according to my experience and how I could help the company. After I was told I would have to take a test, which was stage three of the interview. The test was really challenging and wrecked my brain. The most disturbing part of the test is after I completed the test, it didn't give me my results. I was left wondering for a week if I had passed or not and if they were going to offer me the position.
