Interview
In person interview with the department manager and company president. Was interviewing for a Maintenance Enhancement foreman position right out of the gate. Both were personable and fairly easy to communicate with. The president seemed to be more focused on how I would fit within their culture and my long term projection, where as the department manager seemed more intent on deciphering how effective/capable/efficient I would be in the field immediately.
