Average interview but seemed like they only invited me to hit their own numbers. Questions were sent before hand interview lasted like 15-20 mins. The managers were nice but if you have ever had a gap in employment that’s a hard sell.

Interview
The interview process began with a recruiter reaching out to me for a quick 10 minute call to go over the position along with salary expectations. He then got me scheduled for an in person interview with the Hiring Team. The interview lasted about an hour. It was a panel of 3 interviewers. They wanted me to meet with the Head Manager, but he was unavailable. So I had to come back for a 2nd in person interview to meet with him. A few days after that, I was offered the position.
