I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Grand Rapids, MI) in Feb 2014
Interview
It starts with a series of online interviews, which are structured to test response times, mathematical skills and listening comprehension. The whole process took a couple of weeks, including a day when multiple applicants came for a group interview with the Lead Manager and other Team Leads. After that, we were given a tour of the facility and asked to meet with 3 managers at a time for panel interviews.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had difficulty handling an angry customer. What did you do to resolve the issue?
Fairly easy overall. 30 minute call to get a feel for me and tell about the position and sus out basic requirements for the job like having a driver's license.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Process was quick in my scenario, there was a phone screen and in-person. The company is very selective on who they hire. I must’ve done something wrong, but it’s all trial and error.
