The hiring process is an initial interview with the recruiter and a manager. Following a successful interview you take a behavioral assessment called a LIMRA test. if your scored well on the functions they are looking for, then you move on to an interview with the regional manager.

Three step interview. In person interview, then a phone interview, then another in-person interview. The in-person interviews were with the district manager and the phone interview was with the previous agency business consultant.

Interview is always at a District Office. You will not be an employee of Farmers Insurance. The decision to be an independent contractor or a w2 employee of the district is entirely up to that specific district manager. Be careful...there's a long history of getting by on the cheap at Farmers.

Interview, background, and credit check. Interview was pretty interesting, the questions didn't really seem to pertain to the actual position. The questions asked may have been trying to gauge my personality, but I would have rather been asked about my qualifications or how I could solve potential issues.
