They usually do group interviews and interviews with a panel of current employees. Farmers also likes to hire from within so it can be difficult to get your foot in the door.

Interview
Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
