I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Caledonia, MI)
Interview
It was very basic. You first had a telephone interview that asked behavioral questions then at the end of it they ask you to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview took a little over an hour and you met with 3 people. It was the same as the phone interview asking mainly behavioral questions. Heard back 2 weeks later.

3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.
