I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Farm Credit Mid-America (Louisville, KY) in Apr 2015
Interview
Before interviewing, candidates are asked to take a PI (predictive index), a theory-based test to determine how you'll fit into the work place. Regardless of how you interview, the majority of the outcome is placed on this test. In addition to this test, there was a 30 minute phone screen, an hour in-person with 5 team members that cover situations like "Tell me a time when you deployed a defect to the field, how did you correct it" and an additional hour with a different group of programers to gauge technical ability.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Farm Credit Mid-America
Interview
Phone interview and then personal interview which consisted of preformed questions and scenarios asked by a panel of 4. Reason given for no offer didn't make any sense. If they are looking for people with certain skills then they shouldn't waste candidates time when they don't have those skills.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Test at end of interview process that consists of 4 questions regarding sql, HTML, CSS, logic and troubleshooting skills
